For nearly two decades, I worked around the world with the United Nations—leading teams, navigating complex crises, and shaping global development efforts. I witnessed firsthand how the right leadership and the right opportunity can change lives. But I also saw exceptional talent held back—not by a lack of skills, but by a lack of access, confidence, or guidance at the crucial moment.

That realization is what led me to coaching.

I believe talent should speak louder than privilege. My mission is to help people unlock their full potential—whether they're pursuing leadership roles, navigating career transitions, or seeking clarity about what comes next. I specialize in interview coaching and career and leadership development, working with clients to build confidence, sharpen focus, and step into roles where they can truly thrive and make a difference.

My approach is shaped by real-world experience, empathy, and a belief that you already have what it takes. I don’t offer scripts or one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, I create a space where you can find your voice, reconnect with your values, and move forward with intention.

Beyond coaching, I live a life rooted in exploration, creativity, and connection. I split my time between Portugal, the Middle East, and Canada—surfing, traveling, golfing, and nurturing dreams of a small café or organic farm. After years of global work, I’ve chosen to focus on what matters most: helping people pursue meaningful careers—and lives—that feel true to who they are.
